“Reel to Reel” is COF taping SMT system equipped with loader , screen printer , mounter , re-flow oven , unloader.
“Reel to Reel” can reel the tape automatically with loader and unloader, so the user need not set the piece of tepe in jig and provide the automatic temperature adjusting function to prevent burning the tape when Reel to Reel line will be stopped.
