JISSO PROTEC’s administrative office requested the Tokyo Travel Bureau of Nippon Express to manage hotel reservations as detailed below for the period between Oct. 1 (Sun) and Oct. 7 (Sat). Hotel charges are cheaper than general rates, and reservations will be closed as soon as all the rooms are booked. Please make your reservation early if possible.
For those of you who wish to stay at hotels, please enter the necessary information in the "Hotel Lodging Application" available on Hotel Reservation Form and request Nippon Express by fax until Sept. 1(Fri). A confirmation slip will be sent to you by fax as soon as the request is made. Please kindly bring the confirmation slip to the hotel on the day when you check in.
